Job Description
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization's personnel. His / her duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing the HR cycle. To support the Company by taking responsibility of Human Resource management, L&D, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Process, Compensation and Wages Structure, enhance the planning, implementing and evaluate employees relations, policies and practices and driving the Company Culture.
Manage the staffing process, including recruitment, onboarding, termination, deployment, compensation and discipline of personnel
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant
Assessing knowledge and skill gaps of all staff. Advising management on a way these gaps can be closed.
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Overseeing the HR administrative functions such as, updating staff handbooks, undertaking regular salary reviews, interpreting and advising on employment laws, and dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.The Human Resource Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization's personnel.
