This is a part-time remote role for a foundational member of our team. The Human Resources and Admin Officer will be instrumental in setting up and managing all HR functions. You will be responsible for developing our first HR policies, managing employee relations for our remote team, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws, and handling payroll. You will also coordinate key administrative activities and support our recruitment efforts as we grow.
