We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
* Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
* Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
