Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, hiring, and orientation.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational objectives.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal systems and assist departments in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development programs, and support career development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer payroll, employee benefits, and ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and generate reports as required.
Culture & Engagement:
Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a strong company culture aligned with organizational values.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
