AssetTrackPro is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to assist with a variety of HR responsibilities. - Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.
- Proactively build a diverse talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Support the recruitment cycle by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with senior HRstaff to streamline the hiring process efficiently.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing follow-up communications, addressing inquiries, and keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by facilitating a smooth integration process, ensuring necessary documentation is completed, and helping them adapt to company policies and culture.
- Conduct research on industry trends, emerging HR practices, and market expansion opportunities to support strategic decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Engage with potential clients, business partners, and external stakeholders to foster relationships and identify collaboration opportunities that align with the company’s business objectives.
