<p>We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources/IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions within our organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure we hire top talent.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Source candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.<br/>* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.<br/>* Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.<br/>* Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages.<br/>* Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Strong understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.<br/>* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br/>* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).</p>
