Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of HRMS Documentation Officer to support our Human Resources team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring the smooth documentation process within our HR Management System (HRMS).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS database
Ensure all HR documentation (contracts, memos, letters, forms, etc.) is properly stored and organized
Support the digitization of employee files and records
Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal HR processes
