<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support the business by developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<br/>* Manage the recruitment and selection process.<br/>* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.<br/>* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay &amp; benefits, recruitment, training &amp; development etc.).<br/>* Ability to strategize and formulate policies.</p>
