We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Officer to support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across our group of companies.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations, grievance, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate staff training, onboarding, and development programs.
- Support HR policy development and organizational culture initiatives.
