Manage and operate HR systems on an ERP system with high efficiency. Prepare and implement salary policies and procedures and ensure their accuracy and transparency. Follow-up of personnel affairs (vacations, job requests, administrative updates). Manage employee databases and ensure that they are updated periodically. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of internal processes. Providing periodic reports to senior management on human resources performance.
