Al-Arba Al-Nadera Company is looking for an HR specialist who has/possesses practical experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to work within a professional team, with full knowledge of government platforms, HR procedures, and recruitment.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, interviews, offers, recruitment, onboarding, and exit
- Dealing with relevant platforms and government agencies (e.g.: Qwa, Madad, Social Insurance, Absher Business/Muqeem, Visa Platform)
- Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts, personnel files, and internal policies and procedures
- Track payroll, attendance, vacations, and keep records up to date accurately
- Ensure compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and its regulations and alert you to any updates
- Supporting development initiatives, corporate culture, and measuring HR indicators such as (Turnover, Time-to-Hire, etc.)
- Coordinating with different departments to meet career needs and employment plans
