Job Description

<p>Al-Arba Al-Nadera Company is looking for an HR specialist who has/possesses practical experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to work within a professional team, with full knowledge of government platforms, HR procedures, and recruitment.</p><ul><li>Managing the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, interviews, offers, recruitment, onboarding, and exit</li><li>Dealing with relevant platforms and government agencies (e.g.: Qwa, Madad, Social Insurance, Absher Business/Muqeem, Visa Platform)</li><li>Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts, personnel files, and internal policies and procedures</li><li>Track payroll, attendance, vacations, and keep records up to date accurately</li><li>Ensure compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and its regulations and alert you to any updates</li><li>Supporting development initiatives, corporate culture, and measuring HR indicators such as (Turnover, Time-to-Hire, etc.)</li><li>Coordinating with different departments to meet career needs and employment plans</li></ul>
