Review HVAC designs, specifications, and technical submittals Plan, supervise, and execute commissioning of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting) Conduct functional testing, performance checks, and fine-tuning Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues on-site Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISO, and UAE local regulations Prepare and maintain all commissioning-related documentation Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants
