Overview
We are seeking a skilled ICT Support and Test Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our IT systems. The ICT Support and Test Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting tests to identify and resolve problems. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Conduct tests on IT systems and applications to identify defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Document test results and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
