We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will manage complex medical conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based medicine. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Manage complex medical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, and shock.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
