Responsibilities: create, design, selling and handling Travel packages Inside Egypt Leisure, Incentive, Corporate packages. Manage Inbound packages including accommodation, transportation; flight tickets, and sightseeing excursions. Manage and provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready-made packages or customized packages upon customers request. Receive daily bookings from clients and answer their requests. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
