Pixel Media is growing fast, and we need a high-energy Influencer Marketing Lead to drive influencer campaigns and ensure top-tier execution for leading D2C brands. If youre a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this role is for you!
What youll do:
Lead the full influencer campaign lifecyclesourcing, onboarding, coordination, and content delivery.
Manage 100s of creators weekly across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Handle dispatches, approvals, revisions, and ensure content goes livefast!
Keep everything organized: campaign sheets, creator trackers, approval logs, and live content reports.
Be a proactive communicatorcalls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups are your tools to keep things running smoothly.
Work with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, collaborating with editors, designers, and brand managers.
What we need:
1+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator coordination.
Solid understanding of UGC, creator management, and deadline-driven work.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Instagram, WhatsApp Web, and email follow-ups.
Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless with follow-ups.
