Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Infor XA applications and customizations.
• Work with ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Order Processing, and Supply Chain.
• Develop programs using RPG (ILE, Free), CL, SQL on the IBM i (AS/400) platform.
• Customize and enhance Infor XA applications to meet business needs.
• Integrate Infor XA with other enterprise applications (CRM, MES, third-party tools).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and stability.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, end users, and functional consultants to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices, system security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Infor XA (MAPICS) development.
• Strong knowledge of Infor XA modules like Manufacturing, Order Management, and Finance.
• Expertise in RPG (ILE, Free), CL, and SQL programming on IBM iSeries/AS400.
• Familiarity with Infor PowerLink, Net-Link, SystemLink, and Integrator.
• Hands-on experience in Infor XA customization, extensions, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing/ERP business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
