IT Project Manager - Front-End Web Development We’re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong front-end development background to lead client-facing technology initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with project leadership, ensuring delivery of high-quality, user-focused web applications.
- Lead Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver IT initiatives on time and within budget.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with client teams, gather requirements, and provide clear updates.
- Guide Development: Oversee and review front-end work (Angular, Java-based web technologies), ensuring best practices and performance standards.
- Drive Agile Delivery: Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
- Manage Risks: Proactively identify issues and create mitigation strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in front-end web development (Angular, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and 3+ years in IT project management.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks, web architecture, and integration with backend services.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and distributed teams using Agile/Scrum.
