<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and set clear, achievable goals</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and quality of life</li><li>Deliver hands-on therapy including exercises, manual techniques, and modalities</li><li>Educate and empower patients and families on recovery strategies and injury prevention</li><li>Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists for optimal outcomes</li><li>Track and document patient progress with accuracy</li><li>Stay engaged in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement efforts</li><li>Continue growing your skills with evidence-based practices</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program</li><li>California PT license (or in process)</li><li>Inpatient or acute care experience (preferred, not required)</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Compassionate, patient-centered approach</li><li>BLS/CPR certification</li></ul>
