This role involves creating engaging and effective training materials that meet the needs of our clients.</p><ul><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><li>Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) materials.</li><li>Conduct learning needs analysis and design curriculum.</li><li>Create storyboards and develop engaging eLearning content.</li><li>Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure SCORM compliance.</li></ul><ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><li>Instructional Design (ILT & WBT)</li><li>Content Development & Storyboarding</li><li>eLearning Tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise)</li></ul>
