We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer with proven expertise in DominKnow | One (Claro/Flow) to join our Learning & Development team.
This hybrid role combines creative instructional design with technical eLearning authoring to deliver engaging digital learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive, responsive eLearning modules using DominKnow (Claro/Flow).
- Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, Agile, Bloom’s taxonomy) to transform raw content into engaging digital learning.
- Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to define objectives and align with organizational goals.
- Ensure courses are brand-consistent, accessible (WCAG/Section 508), and SCORM/xAPI compliant.
- Innovate using gamification, simulations, branching scenarios, and microlearning.
- Publish and upload learning packages to LMS platforms and provide troubleshooting support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design/eLearning Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with DominKnow | One (Claro/Flow).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Docebo, Moodle, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.).
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, and multimedia editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
