Troubleshoot and maintain Waukesha gas engines, Allen Bradley Safety PLCs, Yokogawa DCS, and Prosafe RS systems. Execute and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for instrumentation and control systems. Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and practices specific to the oil & gas sector. Apply asset management principles to maximize equipment reliability and lifecycle. Lead and support MOC (Management of Change) procedures, ensuring proper documentation and implementation. Conduct detailed failure analysis and implement reliability improvement measures. Work with SAP for maintenance planning, work order management, and inventory tracking. Manage warehouse cataloging and inventory of spares for instrumentation and controls equipment. Ensure accuracy in documentation and maintain updated instrumentation records and loop drawings. Provide technical support and mentoring for field technicians. Maintain and improve the performance of field instrumentation, analyzers, transmitters, and control valves. Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and present technical findings and proposals clearly.
