We are seeking an Integration Engineer to manage and implement integration bridges between various communication tools and contact center platforms. The Integration Engineer will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and data flow between different systems, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage integration bridges between communication tools.
* Work with contact center platforms like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, and Five9.
* Integrate contact center platforms with other business systems.
* Utilize APIs, middleware, and communication protocols (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
* Develop and maintain integration solutions using Java or Python.
