Archohm is looking for an experienced Interior Draftsman with 6-10 years of expertise in high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, with strong skills in drafting, visualization, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D & 3D drawings, layouts, and visualizations.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and on-site supervision.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
• Prepare BOQs and ensure adherence to client requirements.
• Present design concepts, address client feedback, and manage project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience (residential projects preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
