<h3>Internship Coordinator</h3><p>We are seeking a dedicated Internship Coordinator to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations in the Chicagoland area. The coordinator will facilitate undergraduate and graduate student internships, ensuring alignment with academic requirements and fostering valuable experiential learning opportunities.</p><ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><li>Cultivate and manage relationships with healthcare partners to secure internship positions.</li><li>Ensure internships meet the 200-hour (undergraduate) and 150-hour (graduate) requirements within a 16-week semester.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and partner organizations.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate internship experiences to ensure quality and alignment with learning objectives.</li></ul><ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare administration and internship program management.</li></ul>
