We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Admin to join our team. In this role, you will assist in responsible for managing core finance and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities : As a IT Admin at CIFDAQ, your primary responsibilities include: - Install, implement, and maintain internal office infrastructure. - Network and infrastructure monitoring tools Preferably Nagios, SNMP - Good in installation and troubleshooting of IT support systems and software - Network setup, security and troubleshooting - Linux and Windows Operating systems installation, troubleshooting - Setup, troubleshooting and management of AAA tools such as LDAP - Firewalls, VPN and Wi-Fi setup, security, and troubleshooting - Maintain logs of company assets as per ISO 27000 rules - Maintain security and implement rules for IT security in the company. - Issue and decommission company assets to company employees. - Produce reports on company assets and infrastructure usage to management periodic. - Maintain strict control over companys infrastructure usage. - Purchase and subscribe to various tool licenses and maintain the same. - Perform periodic upgradation and decommissioning of software licenses. - Maintain email accounts and Wi-Fi or wired network access.
