Responsibilities: Server (mandatory skill) • Handle Windows Server 2019 / QNAP / NAS servers • Expert in server backup, array expansion, domain, and Active Directory (AD) • Assist employees in utilizing IT equipment effectively • Set up new user accounts and profiles; resolve password issues • Perform physical setup of computers and install software/applications • Manage desktops, laptops, and peripherals • Address user queries related to network access • Provide support per technical guidelines within the function • Maintain records of all company IT assets Network • Expert in handling Firewall / VPN • Conduct cabling and termination activities • Configure and troubleshoot L2/L3 networks • Configure WLC WLAN Controller
