Key Responsibilities: Support on-premises virtualization (Hyper-V & VMware) to ensure system stability and performance. Assist in managing cloud solutions on Azure & AWS. Provide backup solutions support (VEEAM) and ensure business continuity. Manage and secure the companys email system (Office 365). Implement system updates & endpoint security measures. Support server administration (3-tier & hyperconverged infrastructures). Collaborate on workflow automation using MS PowerApps. Assist in the Document Management System (DMS) and storage solutions (SAN & NAS). Support collaboration tools (SharePoint, Viva, Teams). Ensure SLA compliance for IT incident resolution. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, AWS, and VEEAM. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Viva, Teams). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently & within a team.
