Job Description
End-User and Endpoint Support
• Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and IP phones across all JUMBO CUSTOMER'S locations.
• Set up devices, install software, perform OS patching, and support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
• Assist with user account management tasks, such as account creation, password resets, and basic access issues under L2 guidance.
• Troubleshoot common issues with web-based and productivity applications and escalate complex problems as necessary.End-User and Endpoint Support
