GeoEnergy is looking for a skilled Odoo ERP professional with hands-on experience in implementation, development, and systems architecture to lead and enhance our IT & IS operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP and manage the full systems lifecycle internally.
• Supervise eco7 revamp efforts and coordinate internal & external development teams.
• Manage GeoEnergy’s IT & IS infrastructure.
• Lead or support Odoo ERP implementations across various modules.
• Work closely with internal and outsourced development teams.
• Handle back-end development (Python, PostgreSQL, XML) and basic front-end (HTML, JS).
• Ensure system integration, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

• ✅ 10-15 years of experience in ERP (Odoo) implementation or product management
• ✅ Strong command of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and basic front-end technologies
• ✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• ✅ Odoo or Python certifications are a plus
• ✅ Project management experience preferred
