The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, specializing in IT roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Sourcing Talent: Utilize job portals, social media platforms, networking sites, and employee referrals to source qualified IT professionals.
Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and talent market insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and professional networks.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Analytical Skills: Strong decision-making abilities and analytical mindset for candidate assessment.
