Experience & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain the VPN used by our content creators to ensure connection stability and security
• Provide basic technical support related to connectivity, cabling, routers, and associated devices
• Identify and solve network issues (latency, disconnections, interference, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage internet service contracts, renewals, and other tech-related services
• Document technical incidents and create basic follow-up reports
• Establish and maintain IT best practices to ensure infrastructure performance
• Collaborate with other departments to identify tech improvements based on business needs
