Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and maintain the companys IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and user systems
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services
Administer Active Directory, email systems, firewalls, backup solutions, and endpoint security
Install and upgrade hardware, software, and network components in alignment with organizational needs
Ensure data integrity and system security through regular updates, patches, and monitoring tools
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related incidents in a timely manner
Document configurations, procedures, and system changes for internal knowledge sharing and compliance
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage IT procurement and external support services
Support IT audits, ensure adherence to policies, and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration or IT support roles
Proficiency in Windows Server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking protocols
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and backup solutions
Familiarity with CAFM or ERP systems is a plus
Industry certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, ITIL) are a plusResponsibilities:
