Job Description
- Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications.
- Respond to tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support VoIP, printers, CCTV, and email clients (Outlook, etc.).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets.
