*Minimum Skill and Requirement :*
* Experience providing multi-channel support preferred (phone, chat, email, web etc.)
* Able to manage own accounts through video conferencing and emails etc
* Knowledgeable in CRM tools (preferred)
* Experience in renewals/retention program (preferred)
