We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java Core (JCO), JDBC, Spring Boot, SQL, and Oracle. You will lead a team of developers, manage technical architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of complex enterprise-level applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based enterprise applications. Architect scalable and high-performing backend solutions using Spring Boot and JDBC. Work with Oracle databases, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure database performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Owners) for seamless delivery. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices. Own the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Java Core (JCO) and JDBC. Solid experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development. Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience in Oracle DB. Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. Good understanding of software design principles and architecture patterns. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
