<h3> Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications</li><li>Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood/materials with precision</li><li>Produce bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and woodwork to luxury standards</li><li>Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely</li><li>Ensure products meet durability, quality, and aesthetic requirements</li><li>Repair and restore wooden furniture when required</li><li>Collaborate with designers, managers, and finishing teams</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop</li></ul><h3> Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Joiner / Carpenter / Furniture Maker (luxury furniture preferred)</li><li>Strong joinery, detailing, and finishing skills</li><li>Ability to work with solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates (CNC knowledge is a plus)</li><li>High attention to detail and craftsmanship</li><li>Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills</li><li>Willingness to work in Dubai in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment</li></ul><h3> Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in joinery/furniture manufacturing (luxury/bespoke projects preferred)</li></ul>
