We are looking for a highly skilled Joinery Project Engineer to coordinate and execute high-end joinery and fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation with proven project engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings for joinery works.
• Prepare shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and site activities to meet deadlines.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Resolve technical/site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in joinery/fit-out industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of 3D/Shop Drawing software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience in high-end joinery projects preferred.
