🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Jr. Desktop Support cum Network Administrator to join our IT team in Nashik. This role involves network administration and end-user IT support, ensuring our IT systems remain secure, efficient, and reliable.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🌐 Network Administration

• Install, configure & maintain network hardware/software (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls).
• Implement network security measures (firewalls, IDS, MFA, access controls).
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity & performance issues.
• Monitor and optimize network performance.
• Maintain documentation of setups & generate reports.
• Handle cabling (Cat5/6/6A, fiber optics).

🖥️ End-User Support

• Install & troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, ERP, VPN, antivirus.
• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi devices, CCTV, NVR/DVR.
• Configure local/network printers & peripherals.
• Domain/workgroup setup, data backups & restores.
• Support for internet connections, SIMs, biometric attendance, projectors & meeting setups.
• Perform patching, updates & system upgrades.

🤝 Additional

• Vendor coordination for IT support & procurement.
• Explore cost-effective IT solutions.
• Basic knowledge of GPS, RFID, RF/UHF devices is an added advantage.
