Job Description
This Position will manage portfolios of brands, will design the marketing plan and ensure the marketing activities are performed on time, in line with the brand guidelines, and at an effective cost.
Marketing Activities
Design, schedule, and execute the Marketing activities as per the Marketing plan agreed upon with the brands:
Design the launch plan presentation for the brands
Out postings/windows: coordinate with the VM to get the renderings on time to share with the brand for approval and follow up until the execution
PR: manage and implement launch events: selection of the venue, production of the set-up, monitoring of the budget, guests list, prepare and send PR releases to editors for the main launches
Makeup workshop/demo in-store: coordinate the set-up of the event
CRM: brief and follow with Graphic Designer the design and development of e-newsletter, leaflets, flyers, emailing...
Print media plan: coordinate and negotiate with the magazines to get PR coverage including Ads and advertorial
KOL: Select the profile according to the brand guidelines and oversee the content creation according to the brand guidelines
Digital: prepare and follow the digital campaign
Training: Coordinate the BA training with Training department
Budget managing
Manage and follow up all the marketing expenses and keep track in dashboards
Brand performance analysis and reporting
Analyze the marketing campaigns by brand and prepare a detailed report after the execution of the activities
Marketing research
Conduct ad-hoc marketing survey to understand our consumers profile
Keep on top of the latest in the beauty/fashion industry in Bangladesh offline and online and share the best practices with the team
Analyze the best practices from other industry and make some recommendations for new and creative marketing activities
Retail Excellence
