Job Description

Local Procurement: Source and purchase materials, supplies, and services from local vendors based on company needs. Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and contract negotiations. Order Management: Track orders, ensuring materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Cost Management: Control the purchasing budget, achieving cost savings without compromising quality. Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain sufficient stock levels. Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of purchases and supplier performance, generating reports for management. Collaboration: Work with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth material flow.
