<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Source relevant profiles from various job portals (Job Hai, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.) and social media platforms.</li><li>Screen candidates based on job requirements and share suitable profiles with the recruitment team.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate databases with proper documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with senior recruiters to understand job mandates and client requirements.</li><li>Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining formalities.</li><li>Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining daily sourcing trackers.</li></ul><p>Skills & Competencies</p><ul><li>Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.</li><li>Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.</li></ul><p>Preference</p><ul><li>Immediate Joiner</li><li>Good Communication Skills</li><li>Full-time Working</li><li>Relates to the Bank/Finance/Insurance sector</li></ul><p>Who Can Apply?</p><ul><li>Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience.</li><li>Students pursuing graduation (if available full-time) may also apply.</li><li>Candidates passionate about building a career in HR & recruitment.</li></ul>
