Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Administrator to support the IT operations of our new catering company in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and assisting in maintaining systems across our Catering, Housekeeping, and Laundry services. This is an excellent opportunity for a young IT professional to grow and develop under the guidance of senior leadership. Key Responsibilities User Support & Helpdesk Provide first-level IT support for staff across the company. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, email, and network issues. Assist employees with basic IT training and system use. System & Device Management Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. Support biometric attendance devices, CCTV, and POS systems. Ensure smooth operation of internet connections and Wi-Fi networks. Software & Applications Assist in maintaining ERP, HRMS, and catering management systems. Support installation and updates of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Monitor antivirus software and ensure regular updates. Data & Security Support data backups and file organization. Monitor and report any IT security issues to the Senior IT Administrator. Help enforce IT usage policies among staff. Administrative Support Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, phones, accessories). Coordinate with external IT vendors and suppliers when required. Assist Senior IT Administrator with documentation and IT reports.
