Job Description
Experience: 1-3 years with a degree in engineering or computer science.
Provide expertise and professional services to ensure successful delivery in design, testing, deployment, and solution documentation.
Act as a developer and customer support engineer, focusing on implementation, delivery, and customer support.
Collaborate with the customers technical team to understand requirements and objectives, ensuring delivery meets expectations.
Focus on AREEBAH digital solutions and vendor products for automation and integration.
Develop knowledge and expertise in API, SOAP, HTTP, REST, JSON, JMS, as well as HTML, CSS, React, Angular, JavaScript, .NET Core, and SQL/Oracle DB.
Serve as both a backend and frontend engineer.
Participate in architecture principles, system integration, technical sizing, high availability, and integration best practices.
Work with the delivery team to gain and share technical knowledge.
Take responsibility for project delivery, knowledge transfer, and acting as the first level of support.
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet delivery commitments.
Uphold professional conduct, including maintaining customer information confidentiality and adhering to ethical and information security guidelines.
Represent AREEBAH as a customer success representative and ambassador, maintaining dress codes, communication etiquette, and ethical standards.
Support AREEBAHs growth strategy by fostering team spirit and building expertise in integration.
