We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will support the senior team in ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the required standards.

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential overruns.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and payment applications.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
