We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Manager to oversee and manage our land assets related to copper exploration projects. The Land Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land rights for exploration activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with landowners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land title research and due diligence to assess land ownership and mineral rights.
• Negotiate and secure land access agreements, leases, and permits for exploration activities.
• Manage relationships with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and land use policies.
• Maintain accurate records of land ownership, agreements, and permits.
