We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape BIM Modeler to support our landscape architecture and urban design teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and data-rich Building Information Models (BIM) for landscape architecture projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage landscape BIM models using tools such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks /or AutoCAD. - Collaborate with landscape architects, civil engineers, and other design professionals to integrate landscape elements into multidisciplinary models. - Translate landscape design drawings and sketches into detailed BIM models. - Prepare high-quality documentation, including plans, sections, and 3D visualizations. - Maintain BIM content libraries and ensure consistency with project standards. - Conduct clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360. - Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards. - Assist with site analysis, grading plans, planting design, and hardscape modeling. - Support project delivery from concept through construction documentation.
