We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will lead discussions, document interface activities, and guide other Business Analysts on the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead meetings with Program & IT resources to capture and update policies, procedures, systems, and interfaces.
• Document interface activity and create interface specifications.
• Review solution designs and technical documentation.
• Guide and mentor other Business Analysts on the project.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodology.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
