Looking for a Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile | Azure DevOps | SQL | Integrations | and Interfaces - Hands-on Experience Mandatory!

Mandatory Skills - MUST HAVES:

• Proven Lead BA experience on large-scale projects ($100M+).
• Strong expertise in Interfaces/Integrations - skilled at leading discussions and documenting interface activities.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Agile methodology, SQL, and UI.
• Ability to lead meetings with Program & IT resources to capture and update policies, procedures, systems, and interfaces.
• Proficient in solution design review, technical documentation, interface specifications, and data models.
• Experience in system consolidation projects (e.g., migrating multiple systems into one).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills - able to guide and mentor other BAs on the project.
